Sarah Lynch General Linocut cat

Linocut cat

I have been getting very bored with my style, materials and subjects, so I decided to experiment with some printmaking again.
The cat is based on one of my many drawings of my own Marigold, but the tiger stripes aren’t hers. She is a rather boring orange and white that doesn’t translate too well into  monochrome.
My tools and materials are inexpensive Speedball brand and I don’t have a press, but at least it is a different challenge that will maybe jump-start my muse.
