This was one of my entries to the Niagara Artists Centre Small Feats fundraiser this year.
Ever since Covid they have been running them online only, which is a shame because I think they were much more fun when they were “live”.
Morningstar Mill is situated on the Niagara Escarpment, not far from St. Catharines. It is fully functioning and has been restored by a group of dedicated volunteers.

12″X12″ Oil on canvas When I was working in Queenston I would drive past this lookout every morning. Here we are looking north along the Niagara River towards Lake Ontario.
